I mistakenly purchased the envato elements subscription. I intended to buy a particular theme when it showed that if I sign up for envato elements I would get unlimited downloads… I figured the theme I was after would be included, yet it was not. Is there any way to request a refund? I have not used my subscription at all, literally purchased it minutes ago. I would like to use the money towards the theme instead.
