Ramadan Videohive Project Rejected

Hi Everyone,

I did a ramadan greeting template and its been rejected. I have been working with many Arabic / Muslim customers and i know what kind of animations/effects they wants for their celebrations & festival. This project is simple yet very well organise & can be customised easily. If you see my other after effects projects, Im always trying to deliver creative and high quality content.

And here is the reviewer’s feedback.“Thank you for taking the time to submit your item. Unfortunately this item does not meet our quality requirements and cannot be accepted at this time”

Im trying to understand the reason behind the rejection. Meanwhile I saw there are templates I would have considered to be of less quality than mine get published (link removed)

Hey man,

While you are working on a new template design, sometimes the eyes can’t catch the problems in the arts you did, because your eyes used to see the same artwork for a long period and therefore you see your artwork is beautiful, and this is happened to me always :sweat_smile:

Here are my criticisms :slightly_smiling_face:

The overall looking needs some topping such as adding DOF to camera some particles and some animation to elements etc…

And the text of Ramadan kareem pop-up harshly at 0:33 try to make it smooth by adding fade to it.

And one more thing :slightly_smiling_face: try not to blame the reviewers, trust me they don’t hate anyone, they just do their job by following the rules. :blush:

I wanted to know the reason behind the reject and not to hurt or blame anyone as it won’t help for my submission.
