I’m planning to sell a product with two types ( LITE and PRO ) I want to use a codecanyon market place for the lite version (Exclusively) and my own website for the pro version will that be okay?
the premise here I don’t mind selling exclusively on code canyon the LITE version and lose 37% of my profits but the pro version will be a more expensive and higher loss and fewer sales compared to LITE.

As an exclusive author you can’t sell pro version of your Envato item in your own website. According to envato definition your LITE and PRO version of the Item are in the same Product Family.
Does exclusivity extend to related items?
Yes. If you choose to make an item available on an exclusive basis, then any items you create in the same Product Family must also be sold/distributed exclusively on Envato.
