Question about purchasing a themeforest elementor kit

I saw that if I purchase a pre-designed Elementor kit in Theme Forest, then the sellers there indicate that I must install the enavato element plugin in WordPress.
Do I have to install the plugin in order for the designs and images to move to the new site?

Another question: if I want to use the images and design for the new site. Can I join for just one month and download the photos for the site? After that, if I cancel the subscription, will I be able to continue using the photos on the site?

It’s probably Elementor plugin, yes, you have to.

The license starts when you Register your use of the item and the license is only valid if you complete the End Product while your subscription is active. Then the license continues for the life of the End Product (even if your subscription ends).
