Question about envato elements license and print on demand products

Hi, I’m new to envato and I have two questions:

1.-Let’s say that I have an envato elements subscription and I download a font and a graphic (or a graphic template) of an animal and edit its colors and add some text, can I use this design to sell products on print on demand sites such as Redbubble or Spreadshirt or this is not allowed?

2.-If I decide to cancel the subscription, this hypothetical design will still be licensed?

I read the license and it states that:

  • You can’t use items in on-demand services;
  • You generally can’t use items as the basis for merchandising. For example, printing a logo from Envato Elements straight onto a T-shirt is not allowed. See clause 13 below for the relevant terms and conditions; and

But clause 13 it’s kind of confusing for me, so I wanted to ask before I do anything that’s not allowed.
