Quanticalabs Carwash plugin issues

Hi,

I recently purchased and installed your Car Wash Booking Plugin from CodeCanyon by Quanticalabs. After a successful installation and demo data import, everything initially displayed fine on the frontend.

However, after customizing the plugin to match our business needs, I’m encountering some display issues:

What I did:
I reduced the list of vehicle types to only 5, which are:

  1. Regular Size Car
  2. Compact SUV
  3. Full Size SUV
  4. Mini Van
  5. Pickup Truck

I disabled and removed the other default vehicle types (like Heavy Equipment, Luxury SUV, etc.) in the Carwash > vechicles tab section, as we don’t service those.

The issue:
Only 3 vehicles are showing on the frontend:

  1. Regular Size Car
  2. Compact SUV
  3. Mini Van

Full Size SUV and Pickup Truck are not displaying, even though they are available in the list Carwash > Vechicles tab.

Similarly, for the services, only Engine Bay Detail is showing on the frontend — all other selected and enabled services do not appear.

Troubleshooting done:
-Cleared browser cache
-Cleared CSS cache
-Flushed SiteGround Dynamic Cache

Still the same issue — only partial data is being displayed.

Can you please advise how we can make all the selected vehicle types and services appear properly on the frontend? I have followed your documentation but no luck in solving this.

P.S. Your support page in your quanticalabs is a bit confusing — why does it ask for our Envato Forum password? We don’t even know what that password is.

It’s not the forum password here - it is their forum password they are asking you for.

Go to: QuanticaLabs Support | Forum

Then follow these steps:

  1. Get your purchase code (it should be in your Envato downloads section)
  2. If you have not already registered, then you would need to register with their support forum.

The forum here cannot help you with an authors item - you need to speak to the author as @ki-themes has advised you to do.
