Theme Translation Auto Showroom - Car Dealership WordPress Theme

we have installed Auto Showroom - Car Dealership WordPress Theme and now we have to translate vehicles details in Italian.
We do not find how to translate labels in both vehicles list section and vehicles detail page.

Also we have added some custom field in vehicles Setting but we do not know how to show them in front end
