Purchased an item but files are missing

Hi everyone,
I just purchased a GraphicRiver item, but 12 out of 80 png files I bought (according to the description and the example image) are missing. I already contacted the author, but I’m not sure I’ll get an answer. Should I ask for a refund? And can I?

Solved thanks to an author reply! I doubted that because the author was last active 1 year ago…but hey, what a nice person!
