I need your help, my site was deleted because it was hacked, and now i am trying to enter the “purchase code” but ti show a message:
“According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the maximum number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Please purchase an additional license.”
You’re correct – you don’t need to purchase a new license for a reinstallation. In this case, please contact the author and ask them to reset the purchase code. Make sure to clearly state that you’re reinstalling it on the same domain name.
