Not allowed me to use same license code after i reinstall my site

Hi,

I had reinstall my site with the same domain, but is not allow me to use the previous license code, any ideas what should I do to solve this issue?

Hi

In auhtor license activation database already your license code exist. You have reinstalled your site but before reinstall you didn’t deactivate the license so that you can use the license again. So, now to fix it you have to contact theme Author and let them know they will help you to deactivate previous license and activate the license for your website.

Thanks for your respond, I reinstall the theme due to my site crushed. unable to do anything for the previous site… had contact the author, hopefully he can respond to me asap.
