I Developed a WordPress Theme and Selling it in my own website. Now I have three approved template kits in themeforest. Can I Market my WordPress Theme by creating a link in my product description ( Creating a banner and linking to my own website )

Note: I will not sell any products that listed in my TF portfolio in my website. I am an exclusive author.

no, I think you can’t do that where those items are not sold in envato market. Talk about or link to competitor sites or items not allowed. for more information you can contact author support.
