As you can see, in the tablet mode, the menu disappears. Which may be the reason?

As I see you are using Soledad WordPress theme.
Please get in touch with the author of the theme to give you assistance and bug free support as your purchase comes with 6 months support included.
You should contact the authors of the theme, the menu is present it only goes underneath your mosaic view from header because it is too big. They should fix the breakpoint when the menu goes in mobile/table mode.
