Problem with plugins USERPRO

Good morning, everyone.
I have recently been using a Pro version activated with UserPro license key.
But I have two problems.

  1. To register, I have activated the registration verification by link sent to the email address. But out of 15 people registered, none of them received a validation email. It is the same for those who want to recover a new password after forgetfulness.

  2. When searching for members, this only allows you to retrieve persons who have been registered by the user name or the name of the person concerned. How to add other options: country, study programme, promotion, gender, etc…
