Did not receive a working copy of software I purchased

I purchased the UserPro plugin and loaded on to my site. After which it states the following;
**You are using a trial version of UserPro plugin. If you have purchased the plugin, please enter your purchase code to enable the full version. You can enter your [purchase code here]

You have entered an invalid purchase code or the Envato API could be down at the moment.

I only have one purchase code and it doesn’t work. Return my money or the correct software/purchase code!

Check and verify that the purchase code doesn’t have any spaces before or after it when you paste it into the dashboard.

The comments section for UserPro has another user reporting the same problem, so it may be a temporary issue on the author’s side – nothing they can’t fix with a simple email.
