Problem uploading items

I do everything as usual, but the upload comes up to 5-10% and out error. Preview too. What could be wrong?

Your Zip name rename name like “MotivationsCorporate.zip” but don’t separate text for example “Motivations Corporate.zip”, i hope help you regards.
