hello I have a problem when I input the Releases form on videohive, the zip file is rejected because it doesn’t exist inside.jpg / .pdf. even though there is already a file inside.
Is the server problematic?

I think Releases form you have to keep separately as when you will go to submit the Releases form will ask separately (a form field for Releases form) and you have to provide separately in that field not into the full .zip.
