When you update the theme, I receive the following message:
An error occurred while updating Betheme: **The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Please check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary support how to update the theme. If you have still problem with the theme then The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author. Contact Author and let them know.
