I am using premium plugins with license in my new Wp theme which I built. Now my question is we have to mention this matter in message to reviewer box .
Assuming you have the correct license and/or permission to use the themes (different authors require different things) then you can leave info as a note to the reviewer - never include that info in the download of the theme
