Are WP theme files identifiable / marked in any way ?

Hi.
I would like to know if premium WP files sold at themeforest are marked / identifiable in any way ?

Is there any way to link these files with the buyer who ordered the premium theme at the beginning ?

Are there any metadatas in files, or commentaries in code, datas in PSD files, etc. ?

This type of feature is the authors responsibility.

Often WP themes use envato API to request confirmation of a purchase code to access certain features or functionality.

Bear in mind that you do not automatically get the personal info from buyers
