Post and Gallery's single block stopped working

For 10 years I’ve been able to change the size and placement on the items in a query. Suddenly, the products don’t load when I click Single block – I I get an unending spinning circle. Any advise on how to fix this?

The tp[ picture is from the help section: what should happen. The bottom picture is my spinning circle. Thanks in advance for any help!

The plugin or the theme is probably outdated. Check if there’s a newer version

i just updated all the plugins and the theme itself. Then the site kept shutting down (temporarily unavailable message). My hosting (INMotion) said I need to up the PHP workers:

  • [01-Jun-2025 01:49:47] WARNING: [pool lolaandpooch_com] server reached max_children setting (3), consider raising it
  • [01-Jun-2025 01:50:27] WARNING: [pool lolaandpooch_com] server reached max_children setting (3), consider raising it
  • [01-Jun-2025 01:51:46] WARNING: [pool lolaandpooch_com] server reached max_children setting (3), consider raising it.
But it it shut down again and again in like 10 minutes. So I deleted all the uncode plugins except the required 2. And a cache plugin I had uploaded.

The site doesn’t shut down, but the original problem isn’t fixed. If this feature works for other people still (it’s worked for me for 10 years) then the bug is in my site.

Question: If I pay for support, is fixing this bug something support will guide me through, or is support just good for helping with setting things up?

Support doesn’t come with the “fixes”, it’s just the way how you suppose to get respond from the author if the item hasn’t been purchased in the last six months, you may need to pay additionally to get the issue fixed.

Or you can consider to hire a developer to fix the issue for you. If you’re interested in this option, I’m available, you can contact me through this form to discuss the details

Your hosting provider’s logs are showing that your PHP-FPM pool for your site is hitting the max_children limit of 3, meaning your server is running out of PHP workers to handle requests. Reach out to INMotion support to request an increase in the max_children setting for your PHP-FPM pool. If your site receives high traffic, you might also consider switching to a different hosting provider or upgrading to a VPS for better performance and scalability.

I don’t think it’s related to “PHP” settings, as it was working fine for long time.
That’s an additional issue ( Warning ) that can be ignored. I believe the issue comes from theme/plugin compatibility with the latest version of WordPress.
