Im looking for something like this but the only problem is they cant have commision based on the transaction.

I have a pet shop and we also have a service like groomming or pet day care. So i need a pos with inventory and commission based on the transaction.

For example, customer come for groomming and i select my staff. So the selected staff will be able to get a commission.

Check the item author page, maybe he has some extensions but most likely: There’d no “out-of-box” solution but you would need customization/modification for the script that would cost you pretty a lot.
