Hi all,
I’m working with a client who runs a fire protection company, and I’ve been trying to generate some visuals using Envato Elements’ image generator — things like business proposal covers or seasonal social media posts that involve themes of safety and fire prevention.
The problem is, every time I include words like “fire,” “burning,” “ablaze,” or anything related to the concept of fire, I get the message: “Please try different words.”
I understand there are filters in place for sensitive content, but it’s really limiting for legitimate, professional use cases like mine — especially when “fire” is literally part of the service.
Has anyone figured out a way to work around this or found safer phrasing that still gets the idea across without triggering the content filter? It’s honestly becoming a bit frustrating — especially since it’s a key part of what my client does.
Appreciate any insights or advice!
Thanks!
