Please help, has anyone experienced the same thing? I was asked to verify my ID on my upload page (Before your item can be approved for sale you will be asked to complete an Author ID check. You can read more about it here) even though I have verified my ID in June 2021 and it was received, I have checked the verification. envato. com and there the verification status is received, do I have to re-verify my ID? how to verify, while in the email there is no link for ID verification

If you already verified then you don’t need to re-verify.

Many authors have already successfully completed an Author ID check. If you have already received confirmation from Envato that your account is verified, you won’t need to complete a new check for that account.

Please note that an ID check must be completed for every account you own. This means that if for example you have two accounts Account1 & Account1_nonexclusive , and Account1 has been previously verified, you will still need to verify your ID for the other account, Account1_nonexclusive .

means I don’t need to re-verify my ID, thank you very much for the help, which is why on my upload page it says (Before your item can be approved for sale, you will be asked to complete an ID Check. More can be read here.) meaning I have to ignore the notification on my upload page, thank you
