We have just been sent a formal letter from a Tyler, TX based law firm that has suggested we are infringing on their client’s patent based on a theme’s functionality I purchased through this site. I won’t give any details at this point but suffice it to say if we are held liable than this feature is a part of several themes and websites across the world.
Have you guys run into this before?
