Online form problem

Whenever i submit message through the contact form online submission form on nanosoft template ,the message that i get in inbox is not correct.It brings different things not the submitted information.It brings pre written text in the form text box instead of the intended message.It doesn’t show the senders email as well.

Message that comes is as shown below

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on XSoft (http://demo.linethemes.com/xsoft)

Hi

Please check your form and make sure the form field name and in mail tab body content settings the form field are same. from your given code I can understand in mail body content you have this:

[your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

but actually in form field name are different.
