contact form missing information

Hi

When an email is sent from my site, I get the name and the email of the sender, but where the telephone number and their message should be I get this-
[tel]
[textarea)

Can anyone help advise me? Just a note, I am pretty new to this!

Hi,

Asuming you are talking about cms form as like wp cf7. check your form field name and email body shortcode. [tel] [textarea] shrtcode should match your form field.
