older template into new primiere

hello,
i have purchased a template and when i open it in premiere 2020/2019 it’s said that it’s not fit.
but i continue to work and when i want to mutch my pictures to the template it’s just a mess…
please help

Maybe ask the author as there are lots of reasons why images may not work as intended
