Not receiving email

since few days ago i do not receiving any email (checked spam already) from themeforest/codecanyon regarding purchase items and item comments. my email is gmail

Hi @JFOC,

If you didn’t receive the notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for ‘Item comment notifications’.

my spam box is empty.
and my email settings in Envato have checked for Item comment notifications

Please check for the next comments of your item and if not received email notification then contact Author support and let them know.

Few hours ago I just bought an item and i do not receive the purchase email, anything todo with the author setting?
