Need to revoke license and reapply to same site

Just downloaded X theme from envato. Applied licensing today. The theme broke so I re- FTP files into account and now it wont let me use X theme anymore bc the license is already taken.

I need to use the license I paid for. Can anyone assist? Thanks

Capture theme license

when I tried to click manage license it does not allow me to revoke and reassign.
