Need quick help with theme settings

​Hi there,
I am setting up a woocommerce website. I set up my lower environment in https://staging.thelab.services/. After completing all the theme level setup, I tried pushing the DB and files over to production site, which is https://eqipped.com/.

But, as you can see, my theme settings are not carried over. Did I do it wrong? Can you please help me to understand how to copy the settings over to production?

Note the Logo, menu, and single product page etc. They look entirely different between staging and prod.​​

Any help is greatly appreciated!

make sure you have export/import the theme settings from the theme options from staging to production site. Also you can contact the theme author for any technical query.
