Hey there… I hope everyone is doing well…
I need help with my template i have just purchased a template but Now After done Everything when I try to import the Home Page template it says… Sorry there was an unexpected error from the API call:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token ’<’, ”<!DOCTYPE ”... is not valid JSON. <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width”> <meta name=’robots’ content=’ma

I did not find any option of support that I can get support from the template owner and it is not fair… I did not understand what I did now…

yes, I have checked the files… after downloading I got a zip file I just uploaded that into the Envato plugin … but from there when I try to import I get this message…

Pretty sure you’re missing some point while importing the “Template Kits” Check the documentation and/or the instructions on the item page.
