I downloaded the “Creative Agency Promo” template by Promak. I noticed that the preview videos aren’t included in the file. I’d like to know if there’s a way to get those videos or if they’re available in a separate library.
I tried reaching out to Promak and dropped a ticket to the Envato team, but I’m still waiting for a reply.
