This message got from envato team " Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Prof - Innovative and Inspiring Portfolio PSD Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again. "

i’m uploaded design with out images but replaced this images for gray space and type sizes on layers

It looks fairly good to me.
Arguably it may be seen as a bit too thin for PSD (I think you’d have a much higher chance of approval if it was coded), and you may simply need to come up with more features and elements
