Hi. In my opinion, animation is too basic and with just a few elements. Motion should flow more about in and out of every layer and smoother transitions.

Is there any way to learn creating templates for videohive…? do you have any suggestions…please…
because i am getting lots of rejection…and still i’m trying to improve…
First, you can learn a lot watching web tutorials of After Effects, and how to combine many different techniques. Second, watch all the items approved nowadays with the style you like to create your project, learn from those styles but obviously don´t copy them, use them as inspiration to create something unique and totally yours as an author.
I don´t know what else I can say, this is just work and work and work more to achieve what you want, there´s nothing fast and magic in design. That´s the key in my opinion.
Keep working and don´t give up, that´s what design is all about
