I need a simple plugin that will limit users or buyers in woo commerce to limited purchases.
Ie; can be set by admin limited shopping cart purchases per day, per week, per month, per year
then limit number of items aloud to purchase during that time on a single cart purchase.
I know it sounds weird, but I want to offer items for zero dollars cost, but charge a shipping fee, then limit how many items they can add to cart and then limit how often they can buy during a set time.
