Advanced WooCommerce Reporting - Plugin Asking for Purchase Code all the time

Hi!

Purchased the Advanced WooCommerce Reporting plugin a while ago ( Advanced WooCommerce Reporting by proword | CodeCanyon ) and always worked ok, now its stopped working and keeps asking for the Purchase Code, tried to contact support and the website is down and they arent answering any support questions on themeforest either and many people having the same problem.

Is there anything that can be done?
