If you have a sensible budget then iād suggest looking on www.studio.envato.com - that way you know the developer is checked and you get protection from Envato which will be important given that it is not going to be a cheap build.
You should also specify what the site needs to do e.g. just info, or if it needs to include games, actual bet placement etc.
