my theme was hard rejected 2 times

Hi, Im trying to submit a wordpress theme to themeforest, and it got hard rejected for 2nd time.
Here is the comment from Envato Quality team reviewer:

Your design has an interesting starting concept, but it needs significant improvements in terms of aesthetics and attention to details.

As higher quality items become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality.

While I’d be able to provide feedback as to how to get this approved, I can only do after it has crossed a certain threshold, quality wise. I’m sorry to say this isn’t there yet.

Can you please point out the issues. Do you think this theme has a potential?

I checked your item. Unfortunately, I could not get any new design concepts in the theme. In recent time themeforest approve high quality item. If you compare your item with others approved item, you can understand it clearly.

Thank you for your comments. Can you give more details on whats wrong with the design. Are there any chances for the theme to get approved if I make some major design changes. As I have already spent considerable amount of time on this theme.
