My Statements Tab Is Empty

Hi.

I have followed the guide to find my statements. Profile > Statements tab.

But it is empty. I think my profile is as an author. so when I search it displays zero earnings.

And no statements at all. for This year or past year with Envato Marketplace. (Ive purchased from Themeforest).

It’s normal if you’re an author account and have no sales. What’s the problem?

I want to see my invoices as a buyer. But I have only one statements tab.

View and download your Invoice

• By default, your statement shows transactions from the last 30 days.
• Refine your search by clicking ‘More Options +’ to search by;
  • Range e.g. last 90 days.
  • Period e.g. 10 Jul 2015 - 02 Sept 2015
  • Transaction type e.g. credits (Envato Credits) or Purchase
  • Marketplace e.g. All ThemeForest transactions
  • Document Number e.g. IVIP0011122.

I have already tried and tested with the search filter.

I cannot find any invoices or statements on the statements page.

Do you have any item on the ThemeForest > Download section? Maybe you have another account

Yes, I have a few items in the downloads section.

It seems to me I have access to/as an author only - to the statements page. Which I am not.

You have to search like this:

Can you remember the calendar period of your purchased item(s)?

I have tried using ‘this year’ and ‘all marketplaces’ as well as specifically ‘Themeforest’. I have tried several searches with no luck.

Best option is open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
