my single page HTML template has been rejected, can someone give me help and feedback?

I submitted my single-page HTML template for review and that was hard rejected for a reason “Unfortunately, we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.” Whatever the articles mentioned in rejection emails I already tried to follow the same standard and design also I created them myself without any copy and they are unique.

Please suggest any solution

Impossible to judge the code from an image but the design is very outdated and basic.

With respect - it would be easy to find something for free online to a higher standard

That aside you need significantly more unique sections/pages/ features etc. to compete in a crowded category
