My PSD template is soft rejected on themeforest third times in a row. Please help!

I submitted my PSD template multiple times on themeforest but it keeps rejecting.

I fixed the issues from first review but the latest suggestions are persistent.

No need becuase already two message typography and spacing

You need to change the font family. That’s what typeface means.
