I have submitted a HTML template in themeforest. It got soft reject.

Hello!
First of all, if you want to get approved (and have sales after approval), you should make your item more attractive. Now it’s too static and a bit boring (sorry to say that).
Below is my quick review for your item, in terms of spacing, alignment / typographic hierarchy.

One main issue. Top-bottom spacing issue. Make the spacing equal

Add some sort of dark overlay between texts and background image, to increase the contrast of the text

Make paragraph color lighter. Increase the font-size of Our Team title

Make the overlay darker to increase the readability

I would group these sections as 3x different sections, by increasing the spacing between them. Because now this view looks so crowded.

Bullets between nav items are not aligned

Make these titles bolder

Major click flickering issue on navigation. Is this a bug or a feature?!
That all for the moment. By not fixing/improving these points will lead to many other soft rejections or even a hard rejection.
