My Product is rejected for screenshot.

Hi guys ,My app has received soft rejection(3 times) for screenshot saying :
“- Please make sure your screenshot’s resolution is complying with the following standards, we’ve detected incorrect resolutions in some of the images (these images are shown to the customers after clicking the ‘screenshots’ button below the main preview image). Portrait: from 700px to 900px high. Landscape: a minimum resolution of 1280px x 720px (width x height) and an aspect ratio of 16:9 is required.”

All My screenshots are in portrait mode with a size of 360x750 px,what should I do ?

Hi, You need to crop or resize the screenshot.

please make sure you have all images in the same size (resolution) and Portrait from 700px to 900px high.

Actually All my screenshots are in the same size (width is :360px and the hieght is 750 px)

Create your all screenshot of width 700px to 900px height and zip all together and upload

The Solution was to change the images size to 500*900 then my item approved
