videohive give an offer for seller that you can make discount for some time on your templates and i have create 20% discount on my template. but on the very next day i open my account and i see my portfolio is disable and this message is showing. “Your portfolio is currently disabled and your items are not available for sale.”. i am searching for customer support for live chat but i didn’t find any solution then i post here. please help me out that how i can return my item back. thanks

i am trying to login and after login i cant see a ID Veirfication form, i tried so much to find Verification form but i didn’t get this, everywhere showing a tutorial that how to upload your id details but there is no ID Verification form. if you have a direct link then please send me i’ll be very thankful of you. thanks
