My item still in review since 19+ days

Hi my item is in review since 19 days.
I submitted two items one 19 day ago and and another 4 day ago, latest submitted item approved but 19 day ago submitted still in review and now it showing Temporarily held for further review so I think reviewer team forget about my item , can I delete submitted item and re-upload it. Is this good idea ?

No, you must not delete and resubmit - it just means the reviewer wants something checked and they will get to it ASAP
