I had contacted them and explained my situation. they understood. But at the end its ID check that was supposed to be done. In one round they rejected due to some reasons, like sound from background, many people around, ID phot taken over placing it on a background etc.
I requested them there was no instructions mentioned, so please give me second chance.
In second chance I took care of all necessary things and submitted ID check. they still rejected.
I don’t understand why? Everyhing I took of ID and my selfie was per instructions.
