Modification in Jobmonster theme

Hi there,
I have three things in Jobmonster theme I would love if someone could help me in:

  1. Last update is not supporting auto resize of logo picture, that means once I submit picture it should be in specific height and width.
  2. In the resume once user try to write his education and experience period he should type it, I want it to be date-picker instead of typing.
  3. Users can upload file up to 64 MP which is not acceptable, how could I restrict the site to accept up to 3 MP for example.
