JobMonster - unable to update theme

Hi, I purchased JobMonster in May 2019. I’ve recently tried to update the theme but I get an error saying “Download Failed. Forbidden!”

I’ve installed the Envato Market Wordpress Plugin and get the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @DeonvdMerwe

you can download the updated version of the theme from Envato Market Downloads page and update the theme manually using ftp.

Note: Better to keep a full backup before doing the update.
