I’ ve bought the Accu - Acupuncture, Alternative Medicine Theme.
After the instalation of this theme in my wordpress site, it seems that there is no folder called “slider”.
The WP-Bakery-PageBuilder ask for a key. In the documentarion of the theme, there is no key for this plugin.

Theme Bundled plugins do not have their own licenses. This means they cannot be activated for updates.
All bundled plugins update responsibility is the theme’s author. So you can safely ignore any plugin activation messages. Just always download the theme latest version to get latest update plugins.
