I purchased my theme on envato and it states you guys are the author. I was hoping to update WP Bakery so I can edit my theme. How do I go about doing that? I have the registration number as well.

If the plugin is “bundled” with a theme then you can’t activate these using licenses/purchase codes. The author of the theme will need to update the theme and then you can download that copy.
They will work regardless as required, you just will not be able to apply features like auto updates etc
When I checked it said the author was codecanyon.
Codecanyon is the marketplace.
What ‘theme’ was it that you bought? What is the link to the item?
